    Purchased this phone for my daughter. No problems so far , but she had to ring a BT helpline to install a couple of functions that should have been in the instruction book.

    I bought this phone because I’m hard of hearing but find using the T Loop on my hearing aids to be more trouble than it’s worth. For those who have to do this, you might well agree with me that positioning the phone handset over the tiny microphone on the hearing aid is really tricky and I found I was putting in more effort into keeping it in place and trying to prevent my arm from aching, I was no longer concentrating on the phone conversation. This phone has earpiece volume control, which not many phones have, so it’s possible to boost the voice of the other person. However, it only has 3 settings and the loudest setting is not that clear actually. It works for me at the moment because my hearing is not too bad but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who is more severely hard of hearing. Oh well, I guess we’ll just have to resort to those dreadful and conspicuous neck loops (“Hello World, I’m deaf! Can’t you tell?!!)

    I am unable to answer this as I returned it to you because I found it too small for my big fingers to use. Sorry. Also I didn’t like your return proceedure because you refused my first request.

    Answering machine cuts off the last 3-4 secs of every message so had to return it.

    good quality cordless phone/answering machine. easy to use-good functions i.e. phone book, volume control on both handset and base, choice of auto answer or number of rings or answer off etc. ideal for either home or small office – excellent value
