    This phone has a reasonable feature list but is let down by its poor quality: mine has just failed completely less than 3 years after purchase. During its lifetime it worked well enough, but the plastic is rather cheap looking and the buttons feel squidgy and unresponsive. For over £70 I expect better quality and a considerably longer lifespan; I will not be buying another BT phone and certainly do not recommend this model.

    The answerphone is fuzzy, the cordless phones have bad reception and the whole thing has packed up within a year. The answerphone was unreliable from the start, and carried on even when the receiver was lifted to take the call. Shoddy is a word which springs to mind. I’m now looking for another system.

    The phone has been terrible. You just never know if it is going to work or not. The cordless handset is inconsistent and the headset impossible to get clarity on a call. Definitely not a recommended product!

    I was so disappointed with this phone that I only kept it for one day! I bought it as it is one of the few corded phones I could find with a sim card facility. Most of the incoming answer messages were very unclear, and others I phoned reported that the sound quality was fuzzy.
