Useless – My recorded message ignored. Caller hears ‘please ring again later’.Standing by the answerphone I can hear the pre-recorded message at my end (while ‘please call again later’ through my mobile).They seem to be overlaid.
More that 4 rings – wont record any messages. Have just realised why we have had no messages left for a few weeks – and we are a business.

I have had one of these for 3 years and it has now developed a fault where the sound to the ear piece is intermittent. Definitely a poor buy

After several attempts to find our ideal product the BT Decor 1500 with answering machine fitted our needs perfectly. It is simple and straightforward to use with a minimum of programming (Date Time) The buttons are larger than other machines which eliminates mistakes and it seems to blend in with any decor. The instructions are clear and straightforward and it is not necessary to constantly refer to them. Not the cheapest but very good value for money

When you play back messages, the sound is very poor quality – very muffled. I sent back my first one as I thought it had a fault, but the replacement is just as bad!
