    i bought this for my elderly neighbour who wanted caller display and large buttons on her phone,she is delighted with this phone she says the ringer is loud and clear and can hear it ringing anywhere in the house

    Having owned this phone – trouble free – since January 2009. I was disappointed when it started playng up. The digital screen doesn’t work and there is no dialling tone. I promptly replaced the batteries and it worked again – for 1 day!! Now I cannot get it to go anymore.

    I have contacted Amazon and am awaiting a reply – I assume it has a 1 year guarantee!!! (I hope so anyway).

    Apart from that a great phone, the address book function is great as is the missed calls – as it shows the number of the person you missed.

    I would buy this phone again – even if Amazon can’t replace it!

    If you are fed up with the vagaries of cordless phones and want clear hands-free operation this is for you. It has everything I need, including clock and calendar, and a really sensitive mic in the base. The display of calling numbers coupled with the internal directory gives you control – and the “User Guide” is clear and easy to use. My children tell me I am much clearer on this phone – and I can hear them better too.

    Excellent value. Limited functionality in terms of ring tones and directory but pound for pound I would highly recommend.

    I had cordless phones the last 3 times but they didn’t last long so I thought lets go back to a normal plug in phone after all we have points all over the house. What a joy to hear without crackling and it has a large memory bank to store those important numbers, a quick connection to 1571 and the colour is neutral and goes with everything. I think I made the right choice.
