Bad automated voice service

Trying to add minutes to your phone? This is what happens when automated voice services go wrong... Btw, the service is "Horizon Wireless"...so no lawsuits damnit!

    Yeah, I hate those damn things so much. Especially when they never give you the option of talking with a real person.

    I just went through this with comcast

    AUTOMATED VOICE: what room is the cable box in?
    ME: living room
    AUTOMATED VOICE: im sorry I didnt catch that. can you repeat that?
    ME:liv..ing ROOM
    AUTOMATED VOICE: im sorry I didnt catch that. can you repeat that?
    ME:LIVING ROOM
    AUTOMATED VOICE: Im sorry I seem to be having trouble understanding. we’ll get back to that question.
